Description
An enriched course on Client Protection (CP), to deepen your knowledge of the Client Protection Standards and get trained to carry out quality CP assessments.

For whom?
For learners willing to build skills to conduct or analyze CP assessments: internal teams of financial service providers, consultants, investment managers, network teams, researchers, regulators.

Prerequisite: Validation of the eCourse “1/ Get started on Client Protection”.

What you will learn:
• Explore in-depth the rationale and practices of each CP standard;
• Build and practice key assessment skills;
• Test SPI Online by working on a fictive case;
• Elaborate a CP action plan.

How it works:
• A cohort-based course over 9 weeks.
• Instructor-led, including 4 virtual classes, forum discussions, online material (videos, tutorials, interactive presentations, readings), practical exercises, and assignments to submit, including a mock audit.

When?
From October 20 to December 21, 2025.

• All modules to be completed
• All 4 virtual classes to be attended. Virtual classes for this session are planned on the following dates:
- Week 1: Tue 21 Oct. 11:00am-12:00pm CEST

- Week 6: Thu 27 Nov. 11:00am-1:00pm CET
- Week 9: Thu 18 Dec. 11:00am-12:00pm CET
