Description
An enriched course on Social and Environmental Performance Management (SEPM), to deepen your knowledge of the Universal Standards and get trained to carry out quality SEPM audits.

For whom?
For learners wishing to build skills to conduct or analyze SPI audits: internal teams of financial service providers, consultants, investment managers, network teams, researchers, regulators.

Prerequisite: Validation of the eCourse “1/ Get started on SEPM”.

What you will learn:
• Explore in-depth the rationale and practices of each Dimension of the Universal Standards;
• Build and practice key assessment skills;
• Test SPI Online by working on a fictive case;
• Elaborate an SEPM action plan.

How it works:
• A cohort-based course over 9 weeks.
• Instructor-led, including 4 virtual classes, forum discussions, online material (videos, tutorials, interactive presentations, readings), practical exercises, and assignments to submit, including a mock audit.

When?
From April 28 to June 29, 2025.

• All modules to be completed
• All 4 virtual classes to be attended. Virtual classes for this session are planned on the following dates:
- Week 1: Tue 29 Apr. 10:30am - 11:30am CEST
- Week 4: Thu 22 May 10:30am - 12:30pm CEST
- Week 5: Wed 28 May 10:30am - 12:30pm CEST
- Week 9: Thu 26 Jun. 10:30am - 11:30am CEST

• All assignments to be submitted in due time, and validated by Cerise+SPTF instructors:
- Deadline for submitting the SPI5 Entry mock audit: Sunday 15th of June.
